Our documentary film practice focuses on telling stories from the community angle for advocacy and accountability purposes. Using robust evaluation methods to ensure that views and opinions are reflective of the wider community’s experiences, never putting words into people’s mouths and allowing the stories to emerge through thoughtful questioning, the material gathered through this approach is then used not only for accountability purposes (accompanying evaluations for example) but to create a range of memorable films tailor-made for particular audiences and purposes, in this way maximizing the investment in the filmmaking process and guaranteeing value for money.
