Our approach to evaluations focuses on the communities who are at the heart of the programmes being evaluated and the staff and volunteers of the implementing organization. We help stakeholders reflect on their own experiences, framed by robust evaluation methodology that ensures that findings and recommendations accurately reflect the reality on the ground. Learning from the past, the evaluation process helps improve organizations' future work with affected people. Where possible and appropriate, we look to incorporate filmmaking into our evaluations in order to bring reflections and recommendations to life through the words of real people. We are also pioneering an approach to continuous documentation, learning and evaluation from baseline to end line.
